Duncan Chiropractic Health Center offers financial hardship applications to those patients and families in need! The Federal Poverty Level, family income and assets will be used to determine whether a financial hardship discount will be awarded. Discounted care is available, on a sliding fee scale, to patients with limited assets and family income.  Applications can be filled out in office or using the link below. Once approved our office will reverify your financial status every 90 days to stay compliant with state and federal guidelines.
