AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCY CARE POLICY FOR CHIROPRACTIC SERVICES

1. New Patients or Patients Inactive for 3+ Years:
   • New patients or those who haven't received treatment in the past 3 years are scheduled during regular business hours.
   • A new patient exam is mandatory, and it's essential for Dr. Duncan to have her staff available for these appointments.
2. Current or Active Patients (Treated within the Past 3 Years):
   • If a current or active patient is involved in an auto accident or any injury requiring a legally obligated examination, treatment must occur during regular business hours.
3. After-Hours Care Availability:
   • If Dr. Duncan is available, she will accommodate after-hours appointments at the office.
   • An emergency fee of $125 is applied for care outside regular business hours, in addition to standard chiropractic service charges.
   • Payment in full is expected at the time of service.
4. Scheduling an Emergency Visit:
   • Office phone messages may not be checked after regular business hours.
   • To schedule an emergency visit with Dr. Duncan, please text her cell at 402-936-3474.
   • Include your name and specify the need for an emergency visit in your text.
   • Dr. Duncan is committed to ensuring prompt care in these situations.
